Fijian Grilled Pork Tenderloin With
Organic Turmeric and Ginger
- 2 pork tenderloins, 11⁄2 lbs. each
- Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Place pork tenderloins in resealable plastic bag, pour marinade
over them and seal. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Heat grill and cook tenderloins for 7–8 minutes per side, or until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
